Job Description

Coach Canada, one of Canada's leading transportation specialists is currently accepting resumes for:

Full-Time Ticket Agent
Niagara Falls Division

A successful applicant must:

Provide excellent Customer Service
Possess excellent organizational, written & oral communication skills
Excellent cash handling skills and proficient use of a computer
Be able to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment
Must be dependable and able to multi-task and have good problem solving skills
Required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varying schedules

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Selling tickets to the general public
Provide accurate departure information, as well as answering general inquiries
Receive telephone inquiries, bookings and reservations
Have good geographic knowledge
Various clerical duties as requried
Customer Service experience an asset
