Animals
Animals will not be carried except properly certified Service animals.

Baggage

• Limit of 3 pieces of baggage per passenger to a maximum of 150 pounds per adult ticket and 75 pounds per child ticket
• Two pieces in the luggage compartment below and one carry on bag
• Extra baggage will be charged at regular Parcel Express rates
• No single piece of baggage weighing more than 75 pounds will be accepted
• Baggage without a baggage tag will be carried at owners' risk

Bicycles
Bicycles will be carried only when secured in a box or bike Bag. Bike bags for sale at major terminals

Children
Children under 2 must be accompanied by an adult passenger and will be carried at no charge however they may not occupy a seat. Children under 12 occupying a seat will be charged one half of the regular adult walk-up fare when accompanied by an adult passenger. Children age 12 and up will be charged the fare applicable to adult passengers. All children unaccompanied by an adult must pay full fare.

Unaccompanied Children - (children 8-11) must meet ALL the following requirements:

1. available between specified major bus terminals* only
2. trip must be completed in daylight hours
3. destination terminal must be open at the scheduled arrival time.
4. No cross border
5. trip must be direct – no transfers
6. Parental authorization required at origin
7. Guardian/Parent identification required at destination

Lost Tickets
The Company will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Objectionable Persons
The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation to a person whose conduct is such or is likely to be such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers or perspective passengers.

Seating
The Company reserves full control and discretion as to seating of passengers and the right to change such seating should it be deemed necessary at any point in the trip.

Senior Citizen Fares
Discounts off regular adult fares are offered to patrons age 60+ with proof of age.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on all coaches.

Students
Discounts off regular adult fares are offered to all full-time students in possession of a valid Student Identification Card.

Ticket Refunds
Unrestricted regular fare tickets are refundable at the fare paid less 20% Refund Fee. Advance purchase and discount fares are non-refundable.

Please note that these passenger policies apply only while passengers are travelling on routes operated by Coach Canada / Trentway-Wagar Inc. Passengers connecting from or to other third party carriers should bear in mind that different policies may be in effect.
